	Niigata city was not famous for soccer to evreyone. But a new wave has been surely getting bigger and situation has been gradually changing. On Dec 25 1996, Niigata was decided one of 10 host cities that would hold World Cup 2002. Since then, many civilian groups have been appearing to do something to the great event, but a certain group has led the other groups and thought what to do for promoting culture of Soccer. The name of the group is Alliance2002.
